Paris, March 10th.--On Wednesday, the American minister, Mr. Livingston, gave a splendid ball in honor of the discovery of the conspiracy against the First Consul. The whole of the diplomatic corps with the exception of the Neapolitan minister, and the Russian Charge d'Affairs were present.

A portfolio belonging to Pichegru, containing the whole plan of the conspiracy, is stated to have been found, and given up to the Minister of the police; and in the apartment where Georges resided 200,000 pieces of gold have been discovered.
