FROM THE BALLSTON (N. Y.) WATCH TOWER.

UNPRECEDENTED YIELD.

Mr. Aaron Wilson, of Ballston, raised from one seed, forty-five pumpkins, weighing eight hundred and sixty-two pounds; from another seed, twenty-eight pumpkins, weighing three hundred and forty-two pounds. Total, seventy-three pumpkins, weighing twelve hundred and four pounds. The above were raised in a pasture where sheep had run all the season. We are also informed, that the children of Mr. W. were in the habit of plucking the young pumpkins every time they went to the pasture, and that it is a fair calculation to say, that one quarter, at least, was by this means destroyed.-Beat Ballston-who can!
