PHILADELPHIA, May 1.

The schr. Expedition, Capt. Weems, for Baltimore, from Bordeaux, arrived off Cape May on Wednesday last, was boarded from a whale boat, received a pilot and stood off for the first port; a gentleman passenger, who had just time to get into the boat without the letters, papers, &c. (a frigate being in chase) informs, that she left Bordeaux the 28th of March--that the Russians had certainly entered Berlin, and were overrunning Prussia, that Dantzic held out, and Bonaparte left Paris on the 15th for Frankfort on the Oder, to which place the Head quarters of the French had been removed from Posen. Colonial produce was falling in consequence of the great number of English licensed vessels.
