Full Text

Bonaparte—When captain White arrived in London from St Helena, he brought despatches to the 6th of June. These despatches were deemed so important that circulars were sent round to all the cabinet ministers with the contents.

Now, we are informed by an arrival at Norfolk, &c. that a British ship of war direct from St. Helena to Barbadoes, brings an account that Bonaparte escaped from St. Helena on the 22d of June. If this report be not (but probably it is) mere fable, the British must have dismissed Napoleon from their "holy keeping."
