MADRID, November 28.

Our woollen manufactories improve every day more and more, by means of the great numbers of foreigners (especially English) who are employed in them. There are near 100 different places where this manufacture is carried on, and the Court has just given orders for setting up others in several places in this kingdom. It is computed that since the year 1772 there have been 8000 pieces of cloth worked up in this kingdom, a great part of which (3000 pieces all broadcloth) was exported in the register ship.
