Fourth of July.—We notice in many places throughout the loyal portion of the country that extensive preparations are being made to celebrate the coming national holiday. Why not celebrate in Bellows Falls this year? We have done nothing in this direction for the past two or three years, and this year more than ever does it become the people to assemble and commemorate the heroism of our revolutionary forefathers, and rejoice over the success of our soldiers now engaged in the second struggle for independence. Who will make a move? No expensive demonstration need be made, but let the people congregate, and in a becoming manner give expression to their patriotism.
