DEGREE AT TUFTS

Medford, Mass. Chester N. Benoit, son of Mrs. Napoleon J. Benoit of 67 Walnut street, Putnam, Conn., received a degree of Bachelor of Arts from the School of Liberal Arts at Tufts College commencement exercises here Sunday.
The president of his class during his senior year, he was a member of class honor societies, Sword and Shield, Ivy and Tower Cross while at Tufts. He was cited as one of the sixteen "outstanding seniors" in the college yearbook this year. His major field was sociology.
