BORN AT FAIRBANKS

Word has been received in Juneau of the birth of a daughter, Pamela Gaye, to Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Pitts of Fairbanks. The baby, who tipped the scales at six pounds, two ounces, was born on August 21. Pamela Gaye has a four year old brother.

Mr. Pitts, who was stationed with the U. S. Army in Juneau, is now with the U. S. Customs Service in Fairbanks. Mrs. Pitts, the former Merle Janice Schroeder, taught art and vocal music in the Juneau Public Schools for several years.
