[COMMUNICATED.]

In tarrying a day or two, I thought to give a line with regard to a subject that I find is attracting the notice of some of your capitalists, and that is, the erection of a new Hotel, which shall answer the increasing demands of your City, and at the same time run along with your general improvements. Nothing more contributes to the general prosperity than the suitable accommodation of the patrons of a place.

You have now a first-rate house. I mean a house admirably kept, for in justice to "Newton" the table is hard to beat, north, east, south or west. A house such as you ought now to afford, to strengthen the growing attractions of your place, kept by one as well fitted for his post as "N.," would be a sort of capping stone to sustain you in your onward course to population and wealth.
