LONDON, JULY 27.

The Queen has given notice that she shall attend in the House of Lords every day, while her concerns are under consideration—and requested a seat may be assigned her.

Every Peer is to be compelled, under a heavy penalty, to attend at the second reading, and till the division on the bill respecting the Queen—and a new gallery is erecting to accommodate the great number who will be present. Being over 70 years of age, abroad, or sick, will be the only sufficient reasons for non-attendance.

Her Majesty continues to answer the addresses to her with her usual talents and spirit: An address from the inhabitants of Hammersmith, was expected to be signed by 5000 persons.

On the 25th of July, in the House of Commons. Mr. Wetherell complained of a publication in "Blandell's Western Luminary;" as either a breach of the privileges of Parliament, or a libel on the Queen. Lord Castlereagh doubted its former character, and enumerated many gross attacks on Parliament which had not been noticed—but intimated that the Attorney General would probably prosecute—on which Mr. W's motion was withdrawn. The following extract was read from the publication :-"Shall a woman who is as notoriously devoted to Bacchus as to Venus—shall such a woman as would, if found on our pavements, be committed to Bridewell, and whipped—be held up in the light of suffering innocence?

There is a report that Pergami has left Paris with an artiste danseuse.

The King is about to make an aquatic excursion, attended by a small squadron of ships.
