Dear Mr. Editor,
May I take this opportunity to commend through your column the farsightedness, courage and patriotism exhibited by the Trustees of District No. 17-H in increasing the school week to six days, thereby bringing the school year to a close about a month earlier or about May 1, and to commend the teaching force and the public for their fine cooperation in carrying out the wishes of the school board.
