NEW-YORK, February 21.

The honorable the General Assembly of Georgia have appointed the Hon. Edward Telfair, Abraham Baldwin, James Gunn, Nathaniel Pendleton, and William O'Bryan, Esqrs. Delegates to Congress. The general assembly of Georgia, have also nominated 34 gentlemen, to constitute a Convention, to be convened by the executive, after nine States have adopted the federal Constitution, to take under consideration the alterations and amendments that are necessary to be made in the Constitution of that State.
