Massachusetts Senators.

The following gentlemen are elected Senators, of this Commonwealth for the ensuing year, viz.

Suffolk.--Hon. Harrison G. Otis, Christopher Gore, John Phillips, William Spooner, and Peter C. Brooks.

Essex, Hon. Enoch Titcomb, John Heard, John Phillips, jun. Elias H. Derby, John Rowe, and Nathaniel Thurston.

Middlesex, Hon. Jonathan Maynard, Aaron Hill, William Hildreth, and Samuel Dana.

Hampshire, Hon. Jonathan Hastings, Ezra Starkweather, Hugh M'Lellan, and George Bliss.

Bristol, Hon. Nathaniel Morton and Josiah Dean.

Plymouth, Hon. Albert Smith and Nathan Willis,

Barnstable, Hon. James Freeman,

Dukes County, &c. Hon. Isaac Coffin.

Worcester, Hon. Salem Town, Daniel Bigelow, Elijah Brigham, and Thomas Hale.

Cumberland, Hon. Levi Hubbard, and Daniel Ilsley.

Berkshire, Hon. John Bacon, and Timothy Childs.

Norfolk, Hon. John Ellis and John Howe.

Kennebec, Hon. T. Fillebrown.

Of the above those elected in Suffolk, Essex, Hampshire, Worcester (19) are Federalists. The others (20) democrats. There is one vacancy in York county the candidates to fill which, are, Hon. Joseph, Storer, (democrat) who had 1137, votes, and Hon. Joseph Leland (federal) who had 962 votes.
