ARRESTED: TRIAL MAY REOPEN
SAN FRANCISCO, April 18.- Frank C. Oxman, a Durke, Oregon, stock man, whose evidence contributed materially to the conviction of Thomas J. Mooney for bomb murders here was arrested today on a warrant charging him with attempt to induce F. E. Rigall of Gravville, Illinois to give false testimony against Mooney, who is under sentence of death.
Oxman was released on $2,500 bail. He told interviewers that his testimony at the Mooney trial was "the whole truth," and said that Rigall's story, which resulted in the issuance of the warrant was false.
