Newport, Vt., Dec. 15.-Ward Prouty, a local attorney, has entered suit against John Bradley, Newport business man, for damages of $25,000, alleging the alienation of the affections of his wife, Edith Prouty. The papers are returnable at the March term of the superior court for Orleans county.
Mr. Bradley is the senior member of the firm of Bradley and Fairbrother, garage owners and automobile dealers. Mr. Prouty is a brother of the late ex-Gov. George H. Prouty and of the late Charles A. Prouty, former chairman of the interstate commerce commission.
