Wallick Had to Settle,

J. H. Wallick and his educated horses occupied the boards at Jacob's Hoboken Theatre two weeks ago. Last week Wallick did not have any engagement and he boarded his horses at Hexamer's stables.

On Saturday John Peach, a hostler employed by Wallick, appeared before Judge Seymour and stated that Wallick owed him money and would not pay him. He said that Wallick had gone to Providence without paying him his money.

Judge Seymour at once secured an attachment and one of the educated horses was attached.

Mr. Wallick was telegraphed for, and came on this morning and settled the case by paying the amount claimed and secured his horse.
