ANOTHER PRISONER CAPTURED
Percy Wilkinson, colored, another of the prisoners who escaped from the Marion county jail, has been arrested and is confined in jail in Jacksonville.
The authorities want him there for breaking into a freight car. This makes four of the nine prisoners who escaped who have been recaptured.
There are three more county prisoners at large, and these will doubtless be caught in time. Mr. Nugent spent most of last night searching houses for Sam Jacobs, in a neighborhood where he heard that he was hiding.
Later
Since the above was written, Mr. Young of Fairfield, came into town and delivered to Mr. Nugent another prisoner, Charles Goodwin, colored, next in importance to Sam Jacobs, and Mr. Nugent paid Mr. Young the $50 reward out of his private purse, making $150 he has paid out for the five captured prisoners. There only remains now at large, of any importance, Sam Jacobs.
