ANTI-SLAVERY IN ILLINOIS. I have just seen, in print, 'an oration, delivered at Wheeling, Cook Co. Ill. July 4th, 1839, by Augustus H. Conant, Farmer.' I should be happy to give extracts from this address, or to give it entire, in the Telegraph. But the paper is quite full on the subject, just now, with the doings at Albany, together with the current Anti-Slavery intelligence, attention to the affairs of the cause about home, &c. Suffice it, at present, that I highly congratulate the cause of the perishing slave, in another part of the State in which Lovejoy was murdered, that it has such an advocate as is indicated by the article before me.
