Feb. 11. Yesterday the House of Commons, after going through a long examination of written evidence, relative to the St. Vincent's affair, and adjourned the further consideration of the matter till to-morrow.

Yesterday the Generals Oughton and Trapaud were examined at the bar of the House of Commons relative to the St. Vincent's affair, and the latter read part of two letters from a correspondent of his at Barbadoes.

It is said that the expedition to St. Vincent has already cost Government 10,000l. besides the loss of about 1500 men, either killed by the sword of the enemy, or by that more fatal weapon the unwholesomeness of the climate.
