Mr. David M. Parker, General Special Agent of the Post-office Department, is in the city to investigate the local department. Mr. Parker, it seems, is making his investigation in a quiet way, and trying to keep the knowledge of his presence here in the dark as much as possible. One of the former employes of the Post-office has made the following list of those dismissed by Postmaster Loge: Geo. B. Johnson, F. L. Emmert, R. Y. Woodleif, J. S. Laurence, Wm. Eggleston, B.
