She Meant Business.

Mrs. Josephine Stone, a young, buxom looking woman, rushed into the district court yesterday, and got a divorce from her husband John H. Stone, on the grounds that on the 27th day of October, 1878, in the Tarrant county district court he pleaded guilty to the theft of a horse for which he is now serving out a five years sentence in the penitentiary. She went down stairs from the district court room "as free as air," and going into the county clerk's office watched W. F. Ford order and pay for a marriage license, and in five minutes afterward they were husband and wife. This is quick work being the fastest time on record.
