BERLIN, March 31.

On the 26th inst. the following notice was published:
"As the near passage of the French troops under the orders of the Marshal of the Empire, the Duke of Reggio, is in consequence of the perfect understanding which reigns between Prussia and France, these troops belong to a friendly power, must be received and treated with care and consideration. The competent public authority will publish as soon as possible, in what manner they are to be lodged and fed. The Marshal has given the assurance, that he will maintain the most severe discipline."

On the 28th, his Excellency Marshal Duke of Reggio made his entry into this town at the head of his troops. In the morning the Marshal had placed them in a line between Charlottenburg and Spandau. His Majesty, accompanied by the Prince Royal, Princes William and Frederick, Marshal Kalkreuth, and a numerous suite of superior officers arrived at noon.

Yesterday, the King gave a grand dinner at Potsdam. The Duke of Reggio, and several French Generals of Division, had the honor of dining with his Majesty.
