LOS ANGELES, Nov. 9.—'To Woodrow Wilson, president-elect, Princeton, N. J. Accept my congratulations. In making up your cabinet, please consider the women of the ten suffrage states. As a member of your cabinet, a wise scholarly woman would bring to your council great assistance for the universal good of the people.

The foregoing telegram was sent to Woodrow Wilson by Mrs. Foltz, an attorney and one of the foremost suffragettes of the state.
