A considerable number of the Members of Congress, says the National Intelligencer, are already present at the Seat of Government. Messrs. Ellis of the Senate, and Adams, White and Wilde, of the House of Representatives, have been in the City, for some time, the last named gentleman confined by severe illness, but now, we are glad to hear, convalescent. Of those who have recently arrived, we have heard of Messrs. Poindexter, Hendricks and Hill, of the Senate, and Messrs. A. H. Shephard, Hunt, Arnold of Tennessee, Everett of Mass., Ellsworth, Huntington, Young, Barber of Connecticut, Brodhead and Boon, of the House of Representatives.
