Inskip.—A correspondent writing to the Record from Inskip, Butte county, says:
There are more Douglas men here than any other persuasion. Breckinridge had several adherents here until Major Brown left, since which time the party has been growing "beautifully less." McColly, one of the most prominent Breckinridge men—I understand—has gone over to Douglas, lately—(do not know)—guess he did. There will be a vote of twenty or thirty Republicans here, while Bell and Everett men are "like angel's visits, few and far between." I'm one, though, emphatically.
