Dear Mr. Harris:
I am writing this to thank you for your splendid work and excellent contributions made in our M.F.P.E. Without your magnificent contributions from the very outset, and your consistent help all the way down the line, the program could never have been realized.
Allow me to speak not only for myself and for the Jefferson County Board of Education, but for the youth of our county and state. All of us will rise up and call you blessed in the years to come.
