NORFOLK, JAN. 10.

Steam boat disaster.—We learn from Captain Mickle, of the ship Ruth & Mary, who arrived here yesterday, in 11 days from Havana, that the steam boat Feliciana, Capt. Oliver, from Philadelphia, bound to New Orleans, put into that port in distress, on the 25th Dec. having burst her boiler and sprung her foremast. By this accident, the first engineer was so severely scalded, that he died in four hours after. Capt. Oliver was repairing damages, and expected to be ready for sea in five days.
