ITALIANS AND JUGO-SLAVS REPORTED IN SERIOUS TROUBLE

London, March 13.-Serious trouble has again broken out in Dalmatia between the Italians and Jugo-Slavs, dispatches to the Exchange Telegraph Co. reported today.

Jugo-Slavs compelled the Italian flagship to haul down its flag at Trau Friday, it was said, and an Italian destroyer was dispatched to Trau to obtain an apology and protect Italian residents. At Spalato the Jugo-Slavs clashed with Italian patrols Monday. Serbian troops are said to have aided the Slavs. Order was restored by allied sailors.

During a procession of Italians at Tgara Jugo-Slavs are reported to have attacked the marchers, dispersing only after Italian troops had intervened.
