A Baltimore dispatch says: The Grant enthusiasm continues, and now clubs, advocating him for the Presidency, are daily forming. It is thought here if he runs simply with his own past record as a platform, he will carry Maryland against the Democracy and its rebel allies. The Union men and Republicans, even extreme Radicals, say he is sound enough for them, and the thousands of recent disappointed office seekers declare they are sick of the Democracy and will vote for Grant, no matter who or what party nominates him.
