TO THE 14TH INFANTRY. - After a long and active campaign the 14th West Virginia Infantry has established its headquarters at Sir John's Run on the Baltimore and Ohio railroad, and the companies are stationed along the line of the road. Company A. is at Kearneysville, Co. E. at Van Clevesville, Co. G. at Opequon Bridge, 3 miles below Martinsburg, companies K. and L. are at headquarters, Sir John's Run, Co. B. at Little Cacapon, Co. H. at Rattlesnake Creek, and companies I. and F. at Paw-paw. The regiment has been distributed for a double purpose, that of building block houses and guarding the road. The regiment is, in fine health and good spirits.
