Philadelphia, June 20.

Arrived at the Lazaretto yesterday morning, brig Lucy, Anderson, 28 days from Port France, Martinico. May 28th was boarded off the Saints, by His Britannick Majesty's Frigate Spy, and informed by the officer, that she was the look-out ship of Lord Nelson's fleet, that he left them in lat. 30, long. 22, on the 8th of May, bound to the West Indies in search of the combined French and Spanish fleets from Cadiz--Capt. Anderson having informed him, that he left them in Fort Royal, (Mart.) the Spy immediately crowded sail to windward to meet the British fleet.
