Paris, Oct. 20.-M. Naquet, a former lieutenant of General Boulanger, publicly states that the resources of the Boulangist party have become exhausted through the extravagance of the General. The Royalists who were secretly supporting the Boulangist movement, collected a fund amounting to 5,000,000 francs, which it was their intention should be devoted to secure the election of Boulangist candidates for the Chamber of Deputies-one half of the fund, according to M. Naquet, was contributed by the Count of Paris. Of the whole amount given by the Royalists, the Boulangist party secured only 1,300,000 francs. the remainder being diverted by Gen. Boulanger from the uses to which the subscribers meant it should be devoted.
