LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - (SNS)- A look of satisfaction was registered on the faces of some 250 Junior Deputy Sheriffs as they watched several films being shown. Some were of the western variety, others on civil defense. Sheriffs Charles Bussey, Booker Day were hosts to the Boys at the County Court House for a Christmas Party on Saturday, December 15th, beginning at 10 a. m.
Arthur Rossell, Jones High teacher, sponsor of Junior Deputies, was present and gave some helpful comments on the occasion. He helped pass out candy. An unusual feature was the presence of Mary Sims, a Junior High student from Jones, amid the many boys present.
Mary was naturally the center of attraction. These men should be commended for doing a fine job.
