Full Text

Sunday Morning Mr. Ford, Son-in-Law and Partner with Mr. Mason, a Furrier in Pater-noster-Row, rode out on a young Horse in order to go to Tottenham, (where they have a Country-house,) but as he was going to pay at Islington Turnpike, his Horse (the Reins lying loose on his Neck) took Fright at some Carts coming by, and turning short, ran away back again as far as Mr. Godfrey's Brew-house, where he threw him off: He was immediately taken up, and a Surgeon came to his Assistance, but he died in a few Minutes. It did not appear that his Skull was fractured, therefore 'tis suppos'd some of the Blood Vessels in his Brain were broken.
