By letters from England, extracts of which were received on Monday from Bermuda, by a gentleman of this city, we are informed, that on the 26th of November a prorogation of peace was pronounced certain, which occasioned the merchants of London to apply to the King's Ministers on the question, whether or not they might risque the shipping of goods to this city; they were answered by the Right Honorable Mr. Townshend, that on the sixth of December, the final determination of Parliament on the Question, Whether Peace or War should be adopted? would then be known.
