Iron Ship Building.-The Chester Republican, of Friday last, says: "We are able to state, authoritatively, that the Roach shipworks, at this place, have secured the contracts for two large steamships of the Pacific Mail Line, to run from San Francisco to China. They will be 400 feet long, 47 feet beam, and we believe will rank among the largest vessels built in the world, with the exception of the Great Eastern. Their cost will be over $2,000,000, and the work will occupy at least two years at this establishment, with increased force of hands."
