Cubans Quarantined.

They Reach Nassau in an Open Boat, Being Five Days Out.

Nassau, N. P., July 27.—Col. Caspedes of the insurgent forces in Cuba, who is wounded, and other men arrived here to-day in an open boat. They were five days out from Nuevitas and are bound for New York. They will take steamers from this port. Col. Caspedes is the bearer of dispatches from the insurgent government to the Cuban junta in New York. In the party is Grover Flint, a correspondent of the New York Journal, who was for some time with the rebels in the field. Coming from a yellow fever port all the members of the party were quarantined.
