Another African Student from Nigeria a Mr. Andrew Ja-Ja said he had a hard time locating any Negroes in Minneapolis. He told of his first encounter with an American cousin on Washington Av., a month or two ago. His account drew laughter as he told how the first Negro he met said he was hungry and after feeding him Mr. Ja-Ja said he found his new found friend was under the influence of liquor.

Mrs. Wynona Simmons was mistress of ceremony and provided graphic maps of the African continent which Mr. Meena used to good purpose by pointing out the great differences of distance on the continent.

Cecil Newman, served as moderator.

Rev. M. L. Simmons, pastor of the church spoke briefly and led the meeting in the Missionary song as the close of the program.

Refreshments were served by the missionary women. Mrs. Dorothy Ellison arranged the program.
