Before Recorder
Judge R. H. Staton passed sentence in several cases in county recorder's court yesterday. The docket was as follows:
A. L. McMurray, driving while drunk, was given a 30-day sentence which was suspended on payment of a fine of $50 and costs.
Ethel Moore, assault with deadly weapon, was sentenced to serve 60 days.
