C. J. HUGO HAS AN INTERESTING EXPERIENCE

What he terms one of the most interesting experiences of his life was that of Hon. C. J. Hugo, representative for this county, who returned recently from a fishing trip in which he traveled in every kind of conveyance one could well imagine. From a fine automobile to trains, on foot, in buggies, wagons and at last in a horse-drawn boat 20 miles up a stream 50 feet wide with the horse walking up in the middle of the stream and pulling a 30-foot boat in which the party rode with their camp equipment, formed an interesting experience. They got lots of fish and had a glorious good time. They were on the north fork and went out from Wallace. Mr. Hugo says the experience was well worth the time spent in making the novel trip.
