All Accounts from the Country agree in their distressed Situation for want of the Necessaries of Life, particularly Clothing.

The Produce of the Country, is withheld by those who have it, owing to the depreciation of their Money, which is not looked upon as an Equivalent to it. Their Soldiers complain much that their Wages are of little Worth—that it will not procure for them the Comforts of Life, and they whilst they are engaged in fighting, their Families are at Home starving—as a Specimen of these Complaints, we have given our Readers the following from a late New-Hampshire-Gazette.
