Boston, June 12.

Yesterday the U. S. frigate Congress, Capt. Morris, sailed from this port for Holland, having on board his Excellency William Eustis, Minister for the U. States at the court of the King of the Netherlands, his lady, A. Everett, Esq. Secretary of Legation, and Mr. George Eustis. She also carries out Col. William McRee, and Maj. Sullivan Thayer, two distinguished officers of the corps of engineers in the U.S. Army, who are proceeding on their travels in Europe by direction of the government.
