Full Text
Mr. Green, another patriot has been dismissed from office for preferring his Country to a party.— Abner Hendee Esq. late Post Master in this village was notified of the fact by the appearance of his successor with his commission demanding the paraphanalia of the office.
The understrappers of the Executive of the U. S. are ready to do his biding by reforming out of office all that will not fall down and worship the image. (or rather caricature) of democraey lately setup in the white house and in tender mercy hand over their remains to the high Priests of the party to be cursed by bell, book, and candle.
HONEST WHIGS DESCENDANTS OF THE PILGRIMS; look well to your ways, or you will be reformed out of all your dear bought privileges; the ballot box is the only avenue that leads to the temple of liberty.
