FROM SURINAM.

Captain Wiley, arrived at New-York, from Surinam, informs, that a Dutch fleet of two frigates, a brig of war, with an Admiral, Governor, and about six hundred troops on board, had just arrived at Surinam, and were waiting for orders from the commander in chief at Guadaloupe; on the receipt of which, it was supposed, the place would be surrendered.

Markets at Surinam—Flour, 4 dollars, red-oak staves, 20 dollars, white-pine lumber, 15 dollars, tobacco, 10 dollars, and every thing else in the same proportion. Molasses, 30 cents, sugar, 8, coffee, 14.
