London, Dec. 7. They write from Paris, that a Grand Council of State has been lately held at Versailles, concerning the Dispatches they received from the Count de la Mark, the French King's Ambassador at Madrid. They add, that his Excellency has been received by their Catholic Majesties with such Marks of Esteem and Distinction, that they don't doubt in the least, considering how ample his full Powers are, but that he will entirely remove the Difficulties which retard the King of Spain's Accession to the Treaty of Vienna between the Emperor and France.
