From the Nantucket Gazette of Oct. 25.

News from South America.- Ship Martha, Capt. Weeks, of this port, arrived at Edgartown on Monday last, left Valparaiso 11th July, Capt. Weeks on his homeward passage touched at Rio-Grande 6th Sept. where it was reported that a second revolt had taken place in Pernambuco, and that the city was in possession of the Patriots. Ship Enterprize Capt. Coffin, of Philadelphia from Juan Fernandez, arrived at Valparaiso 9th July, with the garrison from that place, who had given themselves up to the patriots.
