ASSED BUILDING SALE ANNOUNCED HERE YESTERDAY

The sale of the Assed Building, 104 East Elm street, was formally announced yesterday.

George Assed, owner, has sold to M. G. and O. G. Murphy, both of El Dorado. The consideration is understood to have exceeded $20,000.

The Murphys announce they made the purchase as an investment.

Mr. Assed has owned the property for about seven years.

Until about a year ago he conducted a retail business in the stand. At that time he sold his business to H. Rephan, who now occupies the store.
