YOUNGSTERS TO SIGN

Washington, D. C. June 15 A special order issued by Provost Marshal General Crowder today contains instructions to northern boys who have reached the age of 21 since last June, to comply with the registration regulations of the selective service law.

Residents of Alaska must register between July 2 and September 3.

This period, it is believed by the provost marshal general, will give northerners ample time to comply with the regulations, the fact having been taken into consideration that the difficulties of travel in Alaska render registration slower and more difficult than in the States.
