Our accounts from Europe are to the 11th of June. No events of much importance has transpired of late upon the Continent. Several communications by flags of truce between the British Ministry and the French government have passed and repassed but their contents are kept secret. Mr. Fox has declared in favour of peace provided it can be obtained upon honourable terms and not prejudicial to their connections with the powers upon the continent.

No accommodation has been effected between England and Prussia; the british cruisers are daily sending in Prussian vessels.
