We have received a prospectus of the Washington Weekly Chronicle, to be edited by John W. Forney, which we will publish hereafter. We regard Mr. Forney as one of the most able and discreet political editors in the nation, and his paper more fully expresses the sentiments and views of the Administration than any other paper published at Washington. The Weekly Chronicle will be printed in quarto form, will contain as much reading matter as any paper in the Union, and be furnished to subscribers at $3 per annum in currency. It will be just such a paper as is needed on this coast, and will prove particularly valuable to those holding official position under the Government.
